3. Recipients of data

We share data with the following processors:

• Stripe (payment processing)
• Brevo (email delivery)
• Plausible Analytics (GDPR-friendly, cookie-free web analytics)

4. International transfers

When using Stripe, data may be transferred to the USA on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Our servers are located in Germany (Frankfurt).

5. Retention

We store your data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as required by statutory retention periods.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability.

7. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information is responsible.
